In this inspiring one-day workshop we will introduce you to techniques using a variety of prompts including relaxation, imagery and found words to respond to and write creatively. We will explore themes such as your own name, writing Haiku and creating found poems.  This event is for all ability levels, whether embarking on a new creative writing quest, seeking a therapeutic outlet or just looking for inspiration, this is a personal journey not to be missed!
